Family owned and operated, our experienced instructors, David and Lori Garcia, are committed to teaching CPR and First Aid classes. We understand the demands of everyday life and strive to make our classes convenient and easy to learn. We offer CPR classes ONLINE OR IN-PERSON at our comfortable, convenient locations, and we're willing to travel to teach individuals or groups.
Our ONLINE CPR class is open to all who want to learn lifesaving skills, from expectant and new parents to the general workplace. We send you a digital link and provide you with a supply kit and loaner manikin so you can complete the coursework from your home or office. For the skills portion of the class, we connect you with an instructor virtually or in-person.
Our IN-PERSON CPR classes are open to all who want to learn lifesaving skills. Learn the skills you need to succeed and earn your course completion card by participating in an instructor-led course at one of our locations.
Our instructors have 20+ years of teaching CPR and First aid classes. We offer quality educational training. Lori is an American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, American Safety and Health Association (ASHI) Training Center/Instructor, Medic First Aid Instructor, Pediatric CPR Instructor for Marin General Health Hospital Volunteer Services and has received a Life-Saving Award from the Novato Fire District.
David is a Marin County educator with over 25 years of service, former volunteer firefighter, police officer and EMT, an American Heart Association (AHA), Medic First Aid and American Safety Health Institute (ASHI) Instructor. Our class curriculum conforms to current guidelines. We guarantee you will leave our class with the skills necessary to effectively administer CPR for first aid to babies or adults.

If you are an expecting parent or a new parent wanting to learn how to respond to newborn emergencies such as choking, respiratory, or cardiac events, this class will help you to be better prepared.
The Health and Safety Institute (HSI) Community CPR AED Course
is presented with an emphasis on infant, child and adult CPR and choking life-saving skills. We incorporate CPR class skills practice, lecture and instructor-led discussion. Participants will be emailed a 2-year CPR certification card, which also contains a link for a digital book for reference materials.
Topics Include:
The Community CPR and AED program teaches the skills to respond in a cardiac emergency and is designed for non-professional responders required to have CPR and AED knowledge, or for those who simply want to help in an emergency. This course focuses on sudden cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke, airway obstruction, CPR, and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
